Very good app!
However, a few important features are still missing, such as filtering customers who have not downloaded the file. These customers could request a refund simply because they overlooked the email. With many orders, we have to constantly click through the lists to find these customers.
An automation feature would be even better. If a customer has not downloaded the file after x days, they receive a reminder.
Otherwise, really good!
The support has always been very fast and helpful. Today was our first sale and Theo gave me instructions quickly so I could import an order and send out customer files.
Looking forward to future orders that are 100% automated. :-)
Moved to this app because of how unreliable Digital Attachments through Shopify has been, and it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Amazing amazing amazing support!
